Ash and Oak hosts a variety of events at our wedding barn from corporate events to large party events. Below you can find out more information about what’s included and offered when you book an event through Ash & Oak.

HALF DAY

&

FULL DAY RENTAL

(Can schedule up to 4 month in advance on weekends PLUS holiday dates and up to 1 year in advance on weekdays)

Large Party Weekend Rental

Up to 200 guests (Includes 1 hr of set up and 1 hr clean up additional)

family gatherings, corporate events, birthday, retirement, engagement parties, celebration of life, etc

Day Event - 9am to 2pm $1,799

Evening Event 4pm to 10pm  $2,499

ALL DAY Rental 10am - 10pm - $3,999

(25% deposit required to book/50% deposit for holiday parties)

Weekday Events

30% Discount - Must end by 9pm

50% Discount for nonprofits

Optional Premium Add ons - $300 each

  • Cash bar ($300 setup plus bartenders) or full bar service ($18 to $26 per guest)

  • 2 Solo Fire pits (Set up, Started and includes firewood for the duration of your event)

  • Staffing for food service replenishment and table bussing

  • Golf cart shuttle service between parking lot and venue

  • Sound system rental

  • Access to our decorations library

  • Linens ($300 to $500)

  • Bachelor Pad or Cottage Rental for 3 hours (additional hours at $100 an hour)

HOURLY SMALL GROUP - (Can schedule up to 3 months in advance)

Small gatherings such as showers, dedications, graduation parties, corporate meetings

Small Group Hourly - up to 75 guests, 3 hour minimum (this includes your set up and clean up time)

Weekend rate - $200/hour

Weekday rate - $150/hour

Optional Premium ad ons at $150 each on average

What's included in Large Party & Small Group Rentals

  • A 30 minute preparation consultation in advance of your event with one of our team members

  • Up to 24 round 60” tables and 200 white chairs (75 for small group) with setup provided

  • 5 rectangle tables - 2 - 8ft, 2 - 6ft, 1 - 3ft

  • 12' banquet table for food service

  • Decorative dessert cart

  • Trash service, Parking, HVAC & Bathrooms use

Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee Hold of $150 if not picked up or can elect automatically. Event space must be swept and put back to original condition before the event started.
