Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn and I have been working for Ash & Oak since fall of 2021. I was introduced to Brian Wheeler through a mutual friend. Brian's vision and faith background was the reason I was drawn to working for Ash & Oak.

I come from a customer service background. Most recently, I was working for 8 years for a private jet company, as their General Manager of the Indianapolis location.

My favorite part of working for Ash & Oak is watching the event staff and venue coordinators thrive with their relationships with our clients. I also enjoy hearing the amazing feedback about the experiences our clients have.

In my spare time, I spend time with my family. I have three boys who keep me busy! One of my favorite quotes comes from John the Baptist about Jesus, but has so much meaning to me about leadership as well as being a parent. John 3:30 "He must become greater; I must become less."
